University Behavioral Health of Denton (UBH Denton) is seeking a Registered Nurse for a TEMPORARY 16-week assignment with a 12-hour shift schedule (7pm-7:30am) and rotating weekends. The role is non-benefits and pays $65.00 per hour.

The RN will coordinate and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the health team, ensuring standards of care and regulatory compliance. Texas nursing licensure is required.

Competenze

• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum three years in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
• Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
• Additional Requirements: CPR certification; Handle with Care and Verbal De-escalation training within 30 days of employment; may include restraints training.

Mansioni

• Ensure staff delivers care per Standards of Care and Practice.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state and regulatory standards and patient rights.
• Maintain Infection Control, Safety and Risk Management policies and procedures.
• Document patient information and nursing care in the charting system.
