Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Full Time Temp Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team. Shifts available: Day (7a–7p) and Night (7p–7a). The temporary 13-week assignment pays $60 per hour and does not include travel stipends.

We provide personalized inpatient care for a broad age range and a collaborative environment focused on safety and compassionate care. RN license and Behavioral Health experience are required, with CPR and de-escalation training preferred.

Formación

• Must have >1 year of Behavioral Health experience.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state or be eligible to practice.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and their families about conditions.
• Provide nursing care within nursing practice policies and facility procedures.
• Ensure physicians’ orders are legible and transcribed correctly.
• Assess patient status and document changes promptly.
• Notify physicians of significant changes in status.
• Complete admission and discharge procedures accurately.
• Demonstrate therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Coordinate unit activities as directed.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff.
