Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for the Network Float Pool in the Phoenix area. The role requires a minimum of 2 years RN experience in ED settings and involves floating to three or more hospitals across the system.

The position is full-time with night hours (7:00pm–7:30am) and offers up to a $15K new hire sign-on bonus. RN licensure in Arizona is required, with BSN preferred for career growth within this nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• RN licensure for Arizona.
• Minimum 2 years' RN experience in ED.
• Ability to work night shifts and float to multiple hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and ethics.
• Record medical history, administer treatments and medications.
• Develop and follow patient care plans with physicians and care team.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and self-management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and float nurses.
