Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky or work permit.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the dialysis unit.
• Perform nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Deliver patient and family education customized to individual needs.
