Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires current Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Six months of RN clinical experience or successful completion of probationary NC I period.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide patient/family education using Teach-Back methods.
• Coordinate care, ensure safety, and participate in inter-disciplinary rounds.
