Holliday Sand & Gravel Company, a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment Operator – Dredging Operations to join our river maintenance team. You will operate dredging equipment, monitor performance, and follow safety policies to keep operations efficient and secure.

Qualifications

• Read safety labels, instructions, and signs.
• Keep detail-oriented and communicate clearly.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dredge sand from the river, supporting critical operations.
• Assist with winter repairs and fixes to dredge equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and help keep everything running.
• Grease, change oil, and perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Operate cutting torches and stick welders with precision.
