Job summary

Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Maintenance Specialist for a 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM shift at our Santa Maria location. The role focuses on facility maintenance, cleanliness, and organization in a quiet, proactive environment.

You will perform essential tasks during downtime to support station operations. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and landscaping experience, with ability to operate power washers, blowers, and weed eaters.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Experience operating power equipment such as power washers, blowers and weed eaters.
• Experience landscaping and maintaining station appearance.
• Excellent communication with station manager and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and promote safety for others.

• Support station manager in keeping store area tidy.
