Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved two- or four-year program for respiratory care.
• NBRC registry eligibility and licensure as an RCP in NC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care per departmental policy for neonatal, pediatric, adult or geriatric patients.
• Educate patients, staff and students to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with clinical instruction and skill-building for respiratory care practitioners.
• Evaluate and implement procedures based on current cardio-respiratory trends.
