Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Respiratory Clinician for the Nashoba Valley/Groton area. The role includes nocturnal, on-site work with a 40-hour schedule and a sign-on bonus for external hires.

You will monitor patients on ventilators, provide CPR when needed, assist with intubations, and support critical care teams across campuses. Qualifications include MA respiratory license, NBRC RRT credential, and an associate degree in Respiratory Care.

Qualifications

• Current MA respiratory license.
• New graduates have 2 months after hire date to become a registered respiratory therapist.
• NBRC - Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required for new hires.
• Associate degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supports patients on mechanical ventilation.
• Provides respiratory support and CPR as required.
• Assists physician during intubations and bronchoscopies.
• Sets up and monitors ventilators and oxygen delivery equipment.
• Coordinates airway carts and high-risk airway assessments.
