This role requires ability to lift, mechanical aptitude, and strong customer service. You will work indoors and outdoors in all weather, assisting guests and supporting Front Desk as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid New Hampshire driver's license.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide resort security and property monitoring during the evening shift.
• Close and secure facilities and notify guests of closures.
• Complete maintenance and housekeeping work orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces and the maintenance shop.
• Assist guests and deliver items to rooms as needed.
• Support other departments and respond to guest requests via Front Desk.
