Webstaurantstore is seeking a Replenishment Specialist to restock primary pick bins using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment, including stand-up reach trucks. The role ensures inventory data accuracy by comparing system records with physical counts and addressing discrepancies with the inventory team.

Key responsibilities include meeting replenishment targets, reporting discrepancies, and using reports to identify systemic issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 10 replenishments per hour.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies with the inventory team.
• Run reports to identify potential inventory issues and resolve problems.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and adjust inventory based on physical counts.
• Operate forklift to replenish pick bins with overstock.
• Identify and process damaged inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure correct bin locations for picked items.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly department goals.
