Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking a Replenishment Specialist to restock primary pick bins with overstock inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment, including stand-up reach trucks. The role ensures inventory accuracy by comparing system records to physical counts and identifying discrepancies and trends.

Work schedule is Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, with starting pay of $22.00/hr and potential raises up to $0.88 every 6 months.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse equipment preferred
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Responsibilities

• Restock primary pick bins with overstock inventory using scanners and equipment
• Communicate inventory discrepancies with the inventory team
• Run reports to identify issues and investigate root causes
• Complete cycle counts and adjust inventory based on counts
• Identify damaged inventory and process returns to correct locations
• Operate forklift equipment to replenish pick bins as needed
• Maintain safety and organization in the warehouse
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly department goals
• Flex into other roles as required to support operations
