WebstaurantStore is seeking a Replenishment Specialist to restock primary pick bins with overstock inventory using handheld scanners and forklift equipment. You will help ensure inventory accuracy within ERP systems and collaborate with the inventory team to resolve discrepancies and trends.

This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; shipping, receiving and/or inventory experience preferred.
• Role does not require a degree.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 10 replenishments per hour.
• Maintain a clean as you go mentality, removing trash and empty skids from bins.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members.
• Run reports to identify potential inventory issues and investigate.
• Search for inaccuracies and errors like misplaced stock during weekly cycle counts.
• Perform inventory adjustments based on physical counts and ERP research.
• Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins with overstock product.
• Identify and process damaged inventory to maintain accurate levels.
• Ensure misplaced or mistakenly picked items are returned to correct bin locations.
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
