Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; shipping, receiving and/or inventory experience preferred
• No degree required; relevant skills and experience prioritized across core values

Responsibilities

• Restock primary pick bins with overstock inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and adjust records in ERP system
• Run reports to identify potential inventory issues and resolve problems
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and process inventory adjustments based on physical counts
• Operate forklift to replenish pick bins with overstock products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to leadership
