The Home Depot in Forest Lake, MN is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to lead freight handling, supervise unload, pack out and pack down, and ensure nightly tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

You will coach and train associates on Home Depot policies, partner with the Store Manager and Night Operations team, and help ensure the store stays ready for customers and Grand Opening readiness after shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related role or retail management.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-the-moment coaching based on observations and performance.
• Oversee night freight unload, pack out, and pack down processes to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and associates complete required safety training.
• Perform closing and shift hand-offs, communicating daily priorities to the team.
