Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to lead freight handling overnight. This role focuses on supervising unload, pack out, and pack down activities while coaching associates on safety and store SOPs.

As part of the store leadership team, you’ll set priorities, ensure nightly tasks are completed, and participate in talent planning with Store Manager and AMs. You may act as the point of decision-maker when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in the moment coaching based on observations and behavior.
• Direct supervision of the Consistent Unload, Directed Packout, and Purge Pack down processes.
• Ensure all trucks and trailers are received and unloaded timely and efficiently.
• Perform Closing and MOD tasking and ensure store priorities are met.
