Job summary

The Home Depot in Wasilla is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to lead freight handling during the night shift. You will supervise unload, pack out, and pack down activities, coach associates, and ensure safety and SOP adherence while driving overnight productivity.

As a part of store leadership, you will partner with Store Manager and Night Operations to set priorities, manage performance conversations, and guide hourly associates through critical tasks and training.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide in the moment coaching based on observations and behavior.
• Direct supervision of unload, packout, and pack down processes.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and associates complete required training.
• Perform closing and other store-wide tasks and coordinate with leadership on priorities.
