The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in respiratory care with IL licensure and CRT credentials, plus CPR/BLS. NRP/PALS may be required within 90 days of hire. Base pay is $41.35/hour.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in respiratory care required.
• Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• CRT credential through NBRC.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• CRT credential and IL licensure must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
• NRP and PALS completion expected within 90 days of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care across patient populations.
• Administer therapies, manage ventilators and perform diagnostics per protocol.
• Coordinate workflow as lead/charge therapist to ensure quality care.
• Support neonatal and pediatric cases only for certified therapists.
