Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required
• ADN degree required, BSN preferred
• ACLS, BLS and PALS at time of hire
• NIH stroke scale certification at time of hire
• TNCC within one year of hire
• Pre-employment screenings may include background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Rapid Response duties include standard RN responsibilities with advanced critical care judgment.
• Serve as a resource to nursing staff in emergencies and patient decline scenarios.
• Assist in coordination with command center to meet clinical goals.
