Night shifts offered with pay between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour, based on experience. The job requires outdoor work, physical ability, and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass drug screen, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Review track lists to identify railcars for spotting, separation, loading, or outbound movement.
• Safely connect, secure, and position railcars by setting brakes and verifying couplings.
• Separate loaded, empty, and pre-loaded cars to support yard flow.
• Verify weights of inbound and outbound railcars for compliance.
• Operate switches and trackside equipment to support safe movements.
• Communicate with crew using radio, signals and visual indicators.
