Qualifications

• Previous laboratory management experience, preferably in a food-grade manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and computer software applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, interpret, and report laboratory, environmental, and product testing results accurately.
• Prepare samples for third-party testing and maintain lab equipment.
• Follow and support plant/laboratory GMPs and HACCP procedures.
• Assist with inventory control and data entry.
• Respond to technical product questions and communicate results or concerns.
