Job summary

City Wide is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector for overnight shifts at multiple client accounts in California. You will perform nightly inspections, document findings with photos in the CRM, and communicate corrections to Independent Contractor owners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly QA inspections against written specs and scopes of work
• Document inspection results, deficiencies and corrections with notes and photos in the CRM
• Communicate findings and correction requests to Independent Contractor owners or representatives
• Verify contracted deliverables are completed on schedule and to specification
• Confirm follow-up on prior deficiencies
• Report issues to the Facility Solutions Manager the same night
• Provide feedback on Independent Contractor performance
• Support client onboarding, initial cleans, VIP requests, and client concerns
• Monitor supply levels, consumables, and equipment condition
• Ensure compliance with client site access, safety, and security procedures
• Represent City Wide professionally on client property
• Drive between multiple client accounts during the shift
• Do not supervise or set pay for Independent Contractors

• Document inspection results, deficiencies, and completed corrections with notes and photos in the company CRM
• Communicate findings and correction requests to Independent Contractor owners or designated representatives

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
• Hands-on commercial janitorial experience
• Familiarity with floor care, restroom detail, day-porter work, dilution ratios, autoscrubbers, burnishers, and commercial vacuums
• Own reliable transportation
• Valid California driver's license
• Current auto insurance meeting California minimums
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting and photo documentation
• Ability to work independently overnight with minimal oversight
• Ability to walk facilities for the duration of the shift
• Ability to use stairs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to drive between multiple accounts during the shift
