Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the nights shift at our Chippewa Falls plant. You will perform micro testing, wet chemical analysis, calibrations, and ensure GMP compliance while supporting CFR testing and maintenance of the RO.

You will write deviations, review plant checks, manage chemical inventory, and communicate across all levels, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced water bottling operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Experience in food, beverage, or liquid manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily and quarterly micros.
• Performs wet chemical analysis of product.
• Performs quality checks and calibrations.
• Maintains quality forms and may perform cleaning.
• Writes process deviations and non-conformances.
• Oversees corrective actions are being implemented.
• Makes sure that Plant personnel are adhering to GMP policies.
• Maintains chemical inventory.
• Must be able to communicate at all levels.
