Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow GMP policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inspection logs and perform tests to ensure product quality.
• Collect samples for weight, pH, temperature, and other analyses.
• Complete QA control charts and inspection logs.
• Calibrate pH meters and thermometers to ensure accuracy.
• Foster communication between production and regulatory personnel.
