Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two year degree is preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• One year of forklift operating experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves samples from finished goods inventory following QA sampling procedures.
• Maintain retention samples and archives in freezer.
• Move cased product and totes to and from Packaging.
• Operate forklift and perform daily forklift inspections.
• Utilize DCS and other computer programs to research and communicate product information.
• May assist with training other plant personnel.
• Ensure documents and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Adhere to company policies, plant procedures and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Maintain safety, quality, sanitation and GMP standards.
• Communicate with team and support groups to meet operational goals.
