Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a Packaging Operator to ensure product quality and production levels on the assigned packaging line(s). Responsibilities include electronic and mechanical maintenance, operation, sanitation, troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment from the distribution system to LGVs.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED and 3+ years related experience. Forklift operation is a plus; relocation assistance may be available and a comprehensive benefits package is

• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Forklift operation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety, quality, GMPs in packaging.
• Provides troubleshooting, repair and support on equipment and systems.
• Operates and monitors packaging line equipment and related systems.
• Performs required quality checks and records results.
• Assists with tote management and forklift operation when needed.
