Job summary

Actalent is seeking a QA Lab Technician in Fort Worth, TX area for a food science lab. You will perform lab tests on condiments to ensure top quality and safety, including auditing process controls and batch records.

The role supports FSMA inspections and receiving activities, with a Monday–Friday night shift and a contract-to-hire pathway. The position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, offering $23 per hour with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Laboratory QA/QC experience required or 1 year in a fast-paced role.
• Experience with pH, viscosity, titrations and HPLC.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of lab tests to ensure product quality and safety.
• Audit and follow up on process controls including weight checks and batch sheets.
• Assist with FSMA plant inspections and receiving processes.
