Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year behavioral health experience (preferred).
• CPR/BLS cert within 30 days (required).

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children, adolescents and adults seeking psychiatric/chemical dependency care.
• Collaborate with referral sources, patients, families and team members for care coordination.
• Provide intake screenings and complete reports for patient status and plans of care.
• Lead patients in therapeutic and recreational activities and monitor wellbeing.
• Assist with activities of daily living and observe safety as directed by nursing staff.
