Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Night Project Manager to oversee night janitorial operations and coordinate field crews across multiple sites. You will schedule work, monitor quality, and ensure safety and compliance while partnering with branch managers.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, is bilingual (English/Spanish), and holds a valid driver’s license to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience.
• MUST be bilingual (English / Spanish).
• Driver’s License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews.
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance.
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily.
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules.
• Other tasks and administrative duties.
