Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations across assigned sites. The role requires strong supervisory skills and bilingual English/Spanish, with a valid driver's license.

You will schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews, perform quality visits, manage inventory, track hours, and coordinate with branch managers to ensure daily task completion while adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience
• MUST be bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Driver’s License and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews
• Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance
• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties
