Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee night janitorial operations across multiple sites. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to manage schedules and inventory while ensuring quality cleaning standards.

The position offers a full-time evening shift with a company-provided vehicle and benefits. You will work closely with branch managers, perform on-site inspections, and handle administrative duties as

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Past supervisory experience preferred.
• Driver’s license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
• Provide hands-on training to staff.
• Make multiple site visits per night in company vehicle for QA.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software.
• Coordinate with branch managers to complete daily tasks and projects.
• Enforce facility safety and security rules; follow company policies.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as needed.
