Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Machine Operators and Order Checkers.
• Lead nightly processing and shipping operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Promote and enforce all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing, workflow, labor allocation, and overtime to meet production demands.
• Ensure quality standards by verifying material selection, order fulfillment, and packaging/shipping standards.
• Train employees on safety procedures, policies, processes, product knowledge, and equipment operation.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Maintain organization and housekeeping throughout Processing Department.
