Job summary

Barilla Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our pasta packaging team. The Processing Operator will operate one processing line per Barilla specifications, handling automated mixing, die selection/installation, extrusion, cutting, and drying to produce high-quality pasta products.

This role requires prior experience in production or food manufacturing, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work a 2-2-3 shift pattern including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in production or food manufacturing and a general working knowledge of computers is required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMPs is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and related programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate one processing line per Barilla specifications, including automated mixing, die selection/installation, extrusion, cutting, and drying.
• Work a flexible 2-2-3 shift pattern and be available for every other weekend.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure top-quality pasta products and safe production practices.
