Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking individuals to join our poultry processing team in the United States. You will perform duties related to processing chickens, including handling live or raw birds, deboning, cutting, packing, weighing, and moving products.

Essential functions include picking up live birds, hanging by feet on hooks, identifying birds not meeting standards, and being willing to work in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to stand for long periods and adapt to changing departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process poultry, including deboning, cutting, packing and weighing.
• Identify and dispose of birds that do not meet standards.
• Be willing to work in multiple departments as needed and in varied conditions.
