Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking personnel for hourly Debone production positions in the area from Fairland, OK to Jane and Southwest City, MO.

The role requires rotating through all Debone line tasks, including cutting breasts, wings, skin removal, using a saw, loading product and tray packing, while actively supporting team objectives and company policies. Candidates should be comfortable working in cold environments (down to 40 degrees), be able to stand for long periods, wear PPE, and

Qualifications

• Experience in poultry or food processing preferred.
• Ability to work in cold environments.
• Willingness to rotate positions as needed.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform all positions on the Debone line on a rotation basis (breasts, wings, skin, saw, loading, tray packing).
• Act as a team member and participate in team concepts, programs and policies.
• Attend team meetings and help drive cohesiveness and alignment with the team and larger organization.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting teamwork or process improvement to the team leader.
