Working closely with the Community Administrator and on-site team, the Night Porter helps maintain a clean, secure, and well-kept community in accordance with Ray Stone Inc. standards. This role is responsible for monitoring the property during overnight hours, ensuring building security, and serving as the primary point of contact in emergency situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand; and use hands to handle/lift objects. The employee occasionally must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds. Additionally, the employee, on occasion, must crouch, kneel, or climb stairs. Most work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
