WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS ROLE:
- Be the first point of contact when checking in late arrivals and walk-ins
- Ensure a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome
- The role is varied and may include: cleaning tasks within the front of house, external and breakfast areas, setting up meeting rooms and breakfast for the next day
- Ensure guest and business safety and security at all times
- In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team members safely and quickly
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with guest complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
