Conrad Yelvington Distributors, a CRH company, is seeking a Night Maintenance Person in Naples, FL to perform daily plant maintenance and repairs, operate power tools, and complete required paperwork. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork across multiple sites within the region.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of heavy equipment/plant mechanics experience and is mechanically inclined. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of related heavy equipment/plant mechanical experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined is preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance, repair, and installation operations.
• Use power tools and hand tools for heavy repair work.
• Troubleshoot and replace defective parts.
• Lift and move machine parts during repairs.
• Maintain safety and report concerns to management.
• Travel to multiple sites within the geographic region if required.
