Job summary

Hachette Book Group is seeking a Warehouse Picker Associate in Lebanon, Indiana. You will replenish to pick face locations, cut cartons, and label pick cartons for customer fulfillment using Pick-To-Voice, WMT, and RF units.

Key duties include meeting 1-day turnaround goals, mastering the picking technologies, reporting system issues, and collaborating with a supervisor-led team. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a reliable shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry cartons up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with WMS/WMT technologies and Pick-To-Voice is helpful.
• Able to stand for long hours and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Meet 1-day turnaround goals under supervision.
• Master Pick-To-Voice, WMT, and reporting issues to supervisor.
• Report system problems, damages and errors to Coordinator or Supervisor.
• Collaborate in groups to shift into unfinished tasks and special projects.
• Maintain reliability and adhere to shift schedules.
• Operate Walkie Rider or Stand-up Counterbalance equipment.
