Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.

• Valid state driver's license where required and eligibility for company auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites with flexible hours.
• HIPAA privacy and patient rights compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt biological specimens into the department and into the computer system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to appropriate areas.
• Verify patient demographics and specimen integrity; ensure accurate labeling.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance with policies and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Communicate courteously with internal/external customers and support team collaboration.
