Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our laboratory team for the night shift. The role involves obtaining and processing specimens to support accurate results.

Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma or GED; a phlebotomy certificate is preferred, with at least 3 months of phlebotomy experience. No license is required. Orientation to our facility and procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Phlebotomy certificate program preferred.
• At least 3 months of active phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy Certification from a program is preferred.
• No license is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs LIS / computer operations and clerical functions as needed.
• Communicates effectively with patients and team members.
