Shifts are 7 nights on / 7 nights off from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Wednesday through Tuesday, with no on-call and no 48-hour block scheduling. ACLS & BLS, AZ Pharmacist License required; 2 years of hospital staffing experience
Qualifications
- 2 years recent hospital pharmacist staffing, required to work independently.
- Sterile compounding experience needed.
- ACLS & BLS certification required; AZ Pharmacist License mandatory.
