Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely dispense and manage pharmaceutical medications.
• Collaborate with physicians regarding medication dosing and therapy.
• Provide medication education to patients and healthcare staff.
• Perform sterile IV compounding and admixture preparation.
• Monitor patient medication profiles and adverse drug reactions.
• Maintain narcotic accountability and medication safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, Joint Commission, and hospital policies.
