Job summary

The Homecare Company of Tennessee seeks two full-time Personal Care Attendants for the 7p-7a night shift in the Knoxville area. PCAs provide non-medical, in-home assistance under the supervision of an RN to support clients with ADLs and IADLs for safety, comfort and independence.

Responsibilities include mobility support, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and accurate documentation of care in daily notes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as directed by RN.
