Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors at a technology-focused corporate location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and report hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, report unauthorized entry attempts.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, notify site contacts.
• Complete daily reports and patrol documentation per site requirements.
