Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at an automotive parking facility, following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, disputes, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of parking areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or violations to relevant personnel.
• Maintain incident reports, logs, and documentation per site procedures and Allied Universal policies.
