Qualifications

• Licensed as a DCJS Unarmed Security Officer is required.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
• Residential security and/or foot patrol experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas on foot.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence.
• Identify, document, and report suspicious or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies as needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Enforce site rules, procedures, and company policies.
