Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver Incident Reporting in Durham, NC. You will perform unarmed patrols at healthcare locations, deliver customer service, monitor access, and respond to incidents with professionalism and strong communication.

This full-time role offers a pay rate of $20.84 per hour and a schedule including DayTime and evening shifts. A valid driver’s license and at least one year of security experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license as per Allied Universal policy.
• Basic computer/tablet proficiency preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report irregularities.
• Document patrol observations and incidents clearly and promptly for responders.
