Mass General Brigham is hiring a Patient Care Assistant for the Transplant Unit in Boston. The role requires night availability, rotating weekends and holidays, and patient care tasks under licensed staff supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and medical terminology.
• Strong customer service and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and basic care tasks.
• Take and document vital signs, temperature, and other measurements.
• Support nurses and physicians with exams and treatments as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and equipment.
