Job summary

The role includes cash handling, patient education, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, healthcare or medical office experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Healthcare related experience.
• Computer experience and knowledge of Windows environment.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Medical office experience required.
• Medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception, pre-registration, and registration support for multiple departments.
• Assist with cash collection, admitting, and patient/department support tasks.
• Manage materials/inventory and provide patient education as needed.
• Support unit specific duties within the Patient Access Center.
